The pulverizer machine can handle any type of bottle glass, virtually as fast as you can load it in.

The pulverizer can process mixed-broken glass just by pulverizing the glass. There is no need to sort colors, remove labels, plastic or metal caps unless benefication level demands it. The pulverizer reduces the glass and leaves other materials uncrushed for easy separation.

Glass will turn into “sand”. The pulverizer system produces glass aggregate ranging from 10 to 0.1mm in size. You can use on the beaches as beach sand or in children’s sandbox – no sharp edges.

The pulverizer can be tailored in virtually any situation, and integrated into most any operation.

Designed for reliability. The patented, flexible impact mechanism of the machine is engineered for long life and easy maintenance. There is no wear-inducing grinding action. Heavy-duty bearing are sealed and isolated, and all moving parts are easily accessible and replaceable.

Cubic aggregate for new products. The “Trommel Separator Screen” separates glass-sand into two aggregate sizes.
